Review:

Kill la kill is an anime that’s created by the same team that created Gurren Lagann. Kill la kill is absolutely ridiculous and all over the place. I don’t mean that in a bad way though. The anime is hilarious and yes I mean incredibly funny. It is also very chaotic. You may forget at some points in the anime that it has a story, but I assure you it does have a story and its sending a very strong message. That’s why its hectic and all over the place. I believe that’s the only way to convey that message and they did a great job at it. The anime is about people being prisoners to their cloths, and Matoi Ryuuko is trying to change that. I believe in the message that the anime is trying to convey. cloths have no power over you, you have the power over your cloths. I cant go into much detail to explain this, I rather you would watch the anime and tell me whether or not you agree with me. Kill La Kill is no Gurren Lagann but its still a masterpiece.

Anime Review: Golden Time

Golden-Time-Episode-13

Summary:
Tada Banri, a newly admitted student at a private law school in Tokyo, found himself completely lost after the opening ceremony, trying to find his way to the freshman orientation. At that moment, he ran into another lost freshman from the same school, Yanagisawa Mitsuo, and they hit it off at once. Somehow arriving at their intended goal just on time, there appeared in front of the two a beautiful girl holding a bouquet of roses. The girl then whacked Mitsuo across the face with the bouquet and handed the flowers over to him. “Freshman, congratulations,” was all she said, and then left. The stylish, well dressed, perfect woman that had swung at Mitsuo was his childhood friend, Kaga Kouko. As children they had promised to marry each other one day, fulfilling their dreams. In order to escape from her, Mitsuo had gone out secretly and taken the examination for this well known private college, but now she showed up in the freshman orientation hall. She too had taken the law school entrance examination, catching up with him there. (Source: Baka-Tsuki)

Review:

Golden Time is one of the most outstanding romance anime I’ve come across. It is different from your usual romance story but in a good way. The character development in the anime was amazing. Also the way they influenced each other. It felt more realistic than any other romance anime I’ve come across. The anime did address the issue of memory loss in a beautiful way, I know that sounds wrong but you must see it to believe it.

There was also an outstanding female heroin which made the show more fun to watch. I think that the anime was implying that life goes and and one shouldn’t be stuck in the past. The ending of the anime made me happy and a little sad at the same time. There was this one character that I wanted to know more about or wanted her to be happy, I don’t know… she was smiling though. I think that should be enough. Anyhow Golden Time is an amazing anime it would be a waste not to watch it. Highly recommended.

Anime Review: Sasami-san@Ganbaranai

sasami_san_ganbaranai___06___large_end_card

Summary:

The Japanese call them hikikomori—people who’ve become so withdrawn socially that they refuse to leave their homes for weeks and even months at a time. For Sasami Tsukuyomi, who’s attempting to pass her first year of high school despite being a shut in, it’s more than just a word. Fortunately though, she lives with her older brother Kamiomi, who just happens to be a teacher at the school Sasami is supposed to attend. Not to mention, her “Brother Surveillance Tool” which lets her view the outside world via her computer and will, theoretically, allow her to readjust to interfacing with people again. What it mainly does, however, is let her view her brother’s interactions with the three very odd Yagami sisters, who inexplicably seem to have had their ages reversed and have various types of “interest” in Kamiomi. And then things start to get really weird… Magical powers? Everything turning into chocolate? Is life via the web warping Sasami’s brain, or is it the universe that’s going crazy? Review:

At first I was interested in Sasami-san@Ganbaranai because Sasami is a hikikomori. Like in the first episode how she was writing her fictional story… It was epic how the events of the episode kept turning. Then there was the Yagami sisters, they made the show very fun to watch. In short I enjoyed Sasami-san@Ganbaranai very much. The anime was full of action, unnatural events, comedy, and pretty emotional issues that were addressed there. It was very interesting to watch pretty unpredictable and they keep surprising you in each and every episode. It got pretty dark at times… Like very dark but it didn’t ruin the story. The anime wasn’t great but it was very good. I wasn’t impressed with the ending, it didn’t do the anime justice. Overall very good anime.

Review:

So after finishing the third season of the Legend of Korra, I must say that I’m impressed. The show keeps getting better and better, with a solid plot. I love how the character’s relationships improved and how the idea of Korra having a boyfriend almost disappeared. I do like Mako, very much. Nevertheless I’m glad they didn’t go on with the relationship it’s better that they are friends. I also love the fact that we got to see more of Lin’s other side. They give her very little credit. I’m also very happy for our beloved Bolin, for having Opel. Its good to see how the characters improved in this season. I love that Jinora is more recognized now, I know it started from the last season but I just love how far they are taking it. It is my favorite season by far. I love how the ending made me eager for more. It opened up many possibilities for the next season. It was also a better ending than Book 2′s.

Review:

So after watching the anime I was psyched to watch the movie. Slice of Life anime are always great. The movie is a completion of an untold part of the story in the anime. Its something that I wondered about watching the anime so I was really glad that the movie told that story. I highly recommend that you watch the anime before watching the movie. I really enjoyed learning more about Ohana and her mother in that movie. You will also enjoy the movie even if you haven’t watched the anime. Though I still recommend the anime first. Both the anime and movie are great it would be a shame to miss out on either of them. So make sure to check out the movie and anime.

[Sora Iro] Kiniro Mosaic - 01[720p][0B41CB85].mkv_snapshot_20.33_[2013.07.12_21.12.45]

Review:

Kiniro Mosaic is a very entertaining anime about a British girl that goes to study in Japan. The Japanese main character is fascinated with the English culture while the British girl is fascinated with the Japanese culture. That’s what the comedy in this anime revolve around. Also since the main characters are all girls and its a show about friendship, there is always these yuri moments. The anime was hilarious at first but then it got kinda funny. The anime is not bad nor Great. There is nothing there that it would make it a must watch but it is entertaining. If you want something easy to watch and would make you laugh you should watch this.
